No. We work daily with non-resident owners. We only need the property details, your NIE or passport, and a SEPA account for direct debit.

Yes. Allianz car policies cover driving throughout the European Union and Green Card countries with no extra paperwork. We provide the documentation in your language.

Can I handle everything in English, Dutch or German?

Yes. Personal service, quotes and explanations of the terms are all in your language. The policy itself is issued in Spanish because that is the legal contract language in Spain.

How long does home assistance take to arrive?

Allianz commits to less than 3 hours for urban emergencies. In coastal towns such as Altea, Calpe or Benidorm the actual average is 60 to 90 minutes.

What is the advantage of using an agency rather than buying online?

You have a contact person who knows your situation, helps you in case of a claim and reviews your policy every year. The price is the same as online.

Can I move my current policies to Allianz?

Yes. We review your current policies for free. If the Allianz offer does not improve yours in cover or price, we say so plainly.

Yes. The family liability cover includes damage caused by pets. For breeds requiring special regulation there is a dedicated policy.
